"We arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and was readily checked in to the room by the female staff at the front desk. Very friendly and organized. On checkout day, Kalei was helpful to extend our stay for a limited time because our flight was at 940 pm. The half day fee was taken from our deposit. This made it convenient for us to be comfortable in our room until about 600pm versus checing out at noon for a 940 pm flight. Truly appreciated. The complimentary water dispenser at the lobby is a big help.So useful."
