"I have been staying at the Sheraton Waikīkī for years and have never been disappointed. This time was a bit different. I was very disappointed that both of your outdoor jacuzzi’s were not working properly. One had no jets that worked ( yes I turned it on) the other one had only one jet that worked. Very disappointed. Also, I don’t know who redid the bathrooms, but the shower head was on the wall facing the shower curtain, absolutely ridiculous, as the floor was covered in water every shower. I have always considered your property top notch but I must say not this visit. $52 a night to park is absurd and the resort fees along with every other little bit you can squeeze out of your guests has left me feeling unsatisfied and not sure if I’ll be choosing your property my next stay."

"I thought the pictures on the ad for the room did not reflect what actually was. The room was clean but certainly not up to date. The furnishings also dated. Just Ok by other standards of competing hotels. The main point is that the hotel is located in good spot. Offering a slight walk gets you to the down town area restaurants and shopping stores. So I would say convenient."
