"Starting out, I had a family of 4 staying at this hotel and the room that we stayed in was very small. Did not look anything like the photos. Upon going into the bathroom, the ceiling was covered in what I can describe as maybe rust or something of the like. The walls were filthy as well. And lastly, I had payed extra for breakfast, and upon arrival, we were informed that they did NOT do breakfast. The staff was not helpful at some points and didnā€™t give us full explanations on amenities and/or questions that we had."
