The hotel shared the building area with Hard Rock Cafe and a few gift shops. Across the street was an ABC store (convenience store in Hawaii) and a Thais place to eat. Do very convenient for gift shopping and eating before you even travel around. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was helpful in letting me stay a couple extra hours in my room as my flight was moved further back a couple hours more so I could just rest or go out a bit more.

Staff was very warm and welcoming. Very good with providing ADA accommodations for my mom. The stove top in the room was perfect size for quick meals, avoiding having to eat out every meal, every day. Location is very convenient, close but not too close to all the Hussle and Bussel of Waikiki.

So much mold.. you can smell it as soon as you get off the elevator. Only roaches we saw were at the pool thankfully Staff was super friendly and helpful.. but that moldy/mildew smell and sight is burned in my brain forever

Good staff, really nice people but that's it. Extremely dirty the room, nasty bathroom, broken locks, outdated 100%. Photos really misleading. Depressing. Can hear all conversations from around rooms. Booked for 8 nights , we slept 1 and canceled the rest. Found a different hotel for the rest of our vacation. Not recommended at all.

The hotel was represented a different way then what we saw online the room and hotel didn't look like what I booked. But the hotel is located on the strip where everything is which made it extremely easy to get around and the staff were polite and efficient so the hotel stay wasn't bad it was just that it wasn't what we were expecting
