"The location is amazing, only a couple of minutes away from Waikiki beach and there’s an ABC store along the way for things you forgot. The downside: breakfast is just okay. Only a handful of options/variety so if you’re into nice hotel free breakfasts with lots of options, this isn’t it. Pineapples for the fruit EVERYDAY. In HAWAII. I forgot my toothbrush and they wanted $1.50 for one at the front desk even though I spent $2500 for 4 nights. Housekeeper bumped into us in the hallway and said he’d be right back to clean our room. We went out for the day and came back to the room and it wasn’t done. Hope this review helps the next traveller decide! "

"Always a go to place for me to stay when coming home, but they must address the elevator issues as there were lines that could last up to 15-20mins for you to get on one. Escalators were down with no other options. Hoping they can resolve this, but I’ll be back because of the location."

"We stayed at this property two years ago, which is why we chose to book it again. The breakfast is excellent, but since it’s complimentary, it tends to get very crowded. The front office staff were professional and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. Parking costs $50 per day, which is understandable given that it’s a tourist area. However, one evening we had to drive all the way up and back down because no parking spots were available, which was quite disappointing. After that experience, we decided to park the car by 5:00 PM each day and use Uber to get to restaurants, which worked out much better. Overall nice place and price point."
