The accommodation was clean and the staff were nice. I liked that it was very close to the beach, the Main Street, dining, shopping and a lot of tourist attractions plus it was it was convenient to get to most of my tour pick up places.

Hotel was really nice specially the location! I would just say the staff could be a bit more helpful, keep in mind if you’re not there for longer than 5 days they won’t clean your room. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they forgot so we had our room cleaned on the last day which just made no sense but besides that I think the stay there is worth it due to the area.

The room was very small including the bathroom space. The room was clean and the amenities were sufficient. The bed was very comfortable! The air works really well. The location is AWESOME!!! The room served its purpose well. We were barely in it. Everything was in walking distance. The excursions were amazing and well priced! I was disappointed that we didn’t get the balcony room as the picture shows but it didn’t ruin the experience. Our week there was great. Would definitely stay again.

Great value in Waikiki. Close to the beach, zoo and lots of restaurants and shopping. 8th floor terrace was a great way to watch the 4th of July fireworks. Rooms were dated, but had what you needed. A/C was ample. Staff was helpful. Extra charge for limited parking was $45/night, if you could get a space.

The staff was incredibly helpful, kind , friendly and accommodating. Most importantly the rooms were very clean !!! The beds were comfortable!!! It’s a quick walk to the beach , zoo , food …. Great location!!! You don’t have to rent a car . Open air trolley stops , shuttle pickups and cheap but good public transportation to get you almost anywhere on the island. The decor and furniture is a bit run down but it’s CLEAN , affordable, great staff , comfy beds … so we didn’t care at all . They give you nice beach towels for the beach . Would definitely stay again. My one suggestion for the hotel is to have a few fans on hand. We had a moody AC the last two days . It would work on and off. They offered to change our room but we didn’t want to relocate that late in our trip. A couple of fans even small ones would have been great . So my suggestion to the hotel , get 3 or 4 fans to have on hand. We would stay again mostly because of the cleanliness, nice staff and great location

The room was cleaned when we walked in but the bath tub does have weird stains. The staff was very kind and offered help with anything missing. The air conditioning worked great and so did the TV. The room is small and doesn’t have too much space, so if you don’t care about space and want something budget friendly, I recommend.
