Property is older but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great, being very close to the beach. Did not appreciate going all week without someone cleaning the room and fresh bedding, when we had kids coming from the beach and therefore lots of sand.

Room is ok. location is very good close to everything.. restaurants, bars and walking distance to the beach. The only bad experience we had was the bathroom . The room we got, room 222, every time you shower it clogged. The shower drain needed some fixing. We mention it to the front desk so hopefully they will fix it so the next guests will not experience what we had.

The hotel is less than 2 minutes walk to the beach It is literally in the middle just behimd the Hyatt Regency Resort. The pool is wonderful with lovely greenery and lounge chairs and umbrellas. Rooms range from small basic hotel type rooms to very large suites. Prices ar very reasonable. The Wednesday night 2 hour variety and hula show in the lobby/pool is presented free of charge with local volunteer talent. There are authentic Hawaiian songs and hulas. Audience is encouraged to participate. The hotel is from 1940s

I didn’t need a car rental, I should’ve just not had a car. It was kinda strange finding parking but once I did the staff was very friendly. I liked that it was cheap and basic, the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. I felt safe at this hotel.

We found bugs in the bed after the sheets were changed and roaches in the bathroom sink and the kitchen. The pool was small. The only thing that we enjoyed was the area it was located. There was many restaurants and shopping.
