「We stayed at the Waikiki Banyan in a unit managed by Midway Vacations. There were intense rain storms that week with much flooding. There was a power outage from Fri afternoon that was still not restored when we attempted to inquire about the status Sat morning.
We had 2 major issues: poor communication and safety. First, there was no/poor communication on the part of Midway Vacations, the Banyan front desk staff and the security staff. We learned that the electrical system of the property...
