"1-The front desk rep (local male originally from Kona) was amazing checking me in. 2-One flaw on the room. Bathroom Had hair in the tub and floor. There was also a used glass in the bathroom. 3-The Bell desk rep (Asian female with a mask) was also amazing taking my bag to the holding area, overall the property was great to stay, convenient for me to stay as I was able to walk to the Made in Hawaii event. I’d stay here again,"

"Staff willing to help you out with early check-in or late checkout, but may cost money. Concierge helped plan the entire week of activities, pricey but worth not thinking about it since she explained all the pros and cons and logistics. Very clean room and they ran a generator when there was a hurricane that downed power lines so there was no disruption. Pool very clean, room also so clean. Location was perfect!"
