"Parking was a bit of a tall order, we understand spacing is an issue. The hefty price by the affiliate guest parking should be at the most a quarter for the amenities offered by the property. 55 valet dollars per day is a bit steep."

"Two days out of our seven, our unit was not clean. They were back to back days and we did not have the do not disturb sign on the door. Otherwise, it’s a great place and a benefit of having happy hour every night for free."

"Stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Perfect location if you want to enjoy the best of Waikiki. Room has everything you need, and staff are all super friendly. The Denny’s and convenience store next door come in handy."

"I love the entance in hotel and was always acknowledge by the staff at the front end and by staff doing their jobs. I found their continental has a simple and quick chooses for breakfast. I also enjoybthe breafast in th Resturant. It is old hotel but it clean and warm theme. My only drawback is I wished I had small folded latter so I could plug in hairdryer on my own. As I found the plug a little to high on the wall. I go back to this hotel in the furture."

"Staff from check in to valet were excellent. Great place to stay, room was clean and perfect for its to siren a couple of days. Convenient for places to eat too. "

"Staff was very friendly. The only issue is when we got to the room, my son was going to sleep on the pull out sofa, kind of got super grossed out because it wasn't made and there was several blood stains on the mattress. The housekeeper was super sweet and doubled up on sheets. Other then that we really enjoyed staying there. room number was 3705 should you want to change the mattress. "
