I was nervous at first because of some of the reviews, but this hotel was amazinggg & I will definitely stay here when I come back to Honolulu! The room was so nice, had a great view, comfy bed & was very close to the beach & downtown Waikīkī. Staff were very nice & had an easy experience with payment and whatnot. :)

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Jade managed and printed our boarding passes. She was delightful. Our room was comfortable, but older and we appreciated the balcony to view the area. I got the basic room and it was decent for what it was. Waikiki can be expensive but I think this place is definitely overpriced. You pay resort prices for a motel inn basically. Staff is nice and friendly and it’s a good location. Overall it’s a nice place but too expensive for what it is

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and in need of some updating, pretty clean overall. The lobby is pretty and open, There’s a bar onsite. Quite noisy, no fault of the hotel..Mainly sirens, etc One of the elevators was not working.
