The parking is tight but you can make it work and the rooms viewing the beach are nice.
We went to the royal grove Waikiki hotel first and it was so bad. We found this hotel and it was so so amazing! Great staff, clean rooms, so helpful. I would go again!
Front desk staff was exceptional; I showed up before check in time and the room was not yet ready, so I checked my bags and checked out the neighborhood. The hotel is just steps away from a convenience store that has (real) groceries, including the pre-packaged dinners and sandwiches (very delicious); also sells souvenirs and a pretty extensive liquor dept. the Mai tai pub has a good menu and good live entertainment on the weekends. Also located very close is a cute pub with live entertainment nightly. Oh! And across the Kalia street is The Best Chicken Wings and Fries I have ever had (at ChickennUniversity). The place also has awesome Korean BBQ!
You can’t ask for a better location! The hotel and room were very nice, clean, and comfortable. I was also n the 11th floor and had a great view! I highly recommend staying here!
It is a great location for the price and clean room. The staff is nice. parking is not ideal as you aren’t guaranteed a spot- first come first serve and you pay 35 dollars a day! The pool is small but family friendly.
this hotel is a great value compared to the expensive big name hotels in Waikiki, so i want to temper my expectations appropriately. Check in was good, and there's a convenient parking garage. The elevators are slow, but again, this isn't the Ritz. I appreciated the laundry facilities in the parking area. I spent one night here before a longer stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village close by, and it's a great way to begin a trip, especially if you're arriving on a later flight and want to save some money.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 9-night stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy.
The location is excellent—just across from the Hilton Hawaiian Village, within walking distance of the beach, Ala Moana Center, ABC Stores, and many restaurants and attractions.
We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including complimentary coffee available all day, a refillable water station, fresh towels provided daily, and complimentary newspapers.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Honolulu!
Stayed here multiple times, always a great experience. Awesome location. Room is always very clean. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Will continue to stay here
