"Perfect stay, travelled with 2 friends, the sofa bed was great, it was an actual single mattress. The room was spacious, spotless and well appointed, based on some reviews I was worried it would be a bit dated but it wasn’t at all. The hotel was near full our entire 6 night stay but never felt it. Service was exceptional, best I’ve ever experienced. If you’re there over the weekend the Vintage Champagne Sunday Brunch is not to be missed! Location is perfect. We were flying really late on our last day, we were able to use the pool and facilities after check out and shower in the spa. The only thing I would say is the water in the bedroom is in small plastic bottles, some refillable large glass bottles or similar would be much more eco conscious, felt so guilty going through so many of them. "

"The location is great! Just a short walk to the skytrain and off to vivo city for everything. Our room is neat and tidy and great for our family of 3 (we have a 4 year old). The only thing that I would suggest is to install a bath curtain. Our bathroom floor is soaked everytime after we take a shower"

"It’s always wonderful to walk into the front door of the Fullerton especially after a long trip. A beautiful large hotel with a botuque feel. And walk out the door to an excellent Asian cultural museum and a fun walk around the lake to great seafood meal. "
