Hotel was great. It's in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were excellent. We had two issues that need attention: 1. For most of our stay, two of the four elevators were out of service. Maybe just an unfortunate coincidence, but led to some long waits on multiple occasions. 2. The hotel provides info about water and energy conservation, which is especially important in Singapore. However, the hot water in our room often took about five minutes to arrive - meaning we had to wait for a hot shower and probably wasted hundreds of litres of water down the drain every day. Multiply this by many rooms and this hotel is wasting a phenomenal amount of water.

Staff were just fine. My room had a king size bed and a single bed, but the room was too small for both beds. The middle person couldn't get out of the bed except from the foot of the bed. Worse - there were only two light switches - one for the bathroom and one for the whole rest of the room. If someone had to go to the bathroom In the middle of the night, the bathroom light shone directly into the eyes of the other two sleeping. We never did figure out the room temperature controls. Just plane bad room design. We all had a bad night's sleep.
