This hotel was great, and I truly believe it was a perfect example of getting what you pay for. The room was a little on the smaller side, especially for a couple traveling with luggage, but it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out to us was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. The location was another huge plus, as we were able to walk to many places, and public transportation was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to get around. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay!

The hotel is very close to the major sight seeing areas which makes the stay very good. The staff are also very friendly and help with all of your needs. They help to explain how to navigate the city and give some ideas on sightseeing. Very welcoming and offer to make you a cup of tea. The staff also are very responsive and helped with airport transfer. I would recommend staying here.

We had a really good stay overall at Diamond Beyazit Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and for the price, it offers great value. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They also gave us helpful recommendations for reasonably priced restaurants and places around the area, which we really appreciated. The location is one of the best parts — it’s within walking distance to major tourist attractions and very close to the metro, which made getting around very easy. At the beginning, one of the four beds in our room wasn’t the most comfortable, but the staff were very kind and worked to improve it, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it, especially for the price and location.

I stayed at the Diamond Beyazıt Hotel for three nights while in Istanbul, and it was a solid, comfortable stay in a neighborhood I really enjoyed. Location-wise, this is a great home base if you want to be closer to the Grand Bazaar rather than Sultanahmet — it's about a 20-minute walk or short ride to the main Sultanahmet sights, so worth knowing going in if you're planning to be based right at Hagia Sophia or the Blue Mosque. But I actually loved the Beyazıt neighborhood itself: it's busy, full of local shops and everyday street life, and has a much more authentic, local vibe than the more touristy areas closer to Sultanahmet. If you don't mind a short trip to the major landmarks, it's a great trade-off for a more real slice of Istanbul. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which always makes a difference. A couple of small quirks worth mentioning: the door key was a little tricky to get in and out of the lock at first, though I got the hang of it after a day or so — not a big deal, just something to expect. The room also had one English-language news channel available on the TV, which was a nice touch for catching up on things while getting ready in the morning. Overall, a comfortable, well-located hotel with friendly staff and a great neighborhood feel — especially if you're interested in the Grand Bazaar area and want a more local, lived-in part of the city rather than the tourist core. Recommended.

Espectacular la atención del personal, la habitación cómoda y muy limpia. Recomiendo que puedan solicitar con el hotel transfer del aeropuerto al hotel o de igual manera hay vías del metro y transvía.
