"Pretty good customer service. On two separate days we had problems with the air conditioning in our room, and they were able to resolve the problems promptly. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Hotel location was excellent, and we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to major historic areas. Our bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. Bedspread, etc., needs to be updated. All in all, it was a pretty good stay."

"Wir haben extra mehr bezahlt um ein größeres Zimmer zu haben. Erst haben wir ein extrem kleines Zimmer mit Schimmel im Bad bekommen. Auf unsere Anfrage hat die Nette Dame reagiert und sich entschuldigt, dass Sie uns das falsche Zimmer gegeben hat. Das andere Zimmer laut Expedia sollte 20qm sein, nie im leben. Sehr klein, ganz eng, Bad extrem klein kaum Platz auf der Toilette zu sitzen. Ich frage mich im ernst, wie Expedia so ein Hotel anbietet. Die Lage ist auch sehr schlimm. Sehr dunkle...
