The entire staff was super helpful and kind. We were a group of 18 and they checked us in so quickly. Sam was amazing and very informative on where to take the tram and things to do near by. Great hotel!

Very convenient location, just a block away from the trains, buses, and ferries. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Room had some dings but still clean and very comfortable. Water pressure is good. Close to Taksim Square, and more importantly the trolley that goes up to Taksim Square (unless you like a casual 12 minute walk straight uphill)

Room cleaning every single day, including air conditioning and the staff was so helpful and kind - especially Sam and the other receptionists. They helped us find tours, places to go, places to eat etc. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. We were greeted, after a long day of travel from the U.S., by the most friendly, welcoming staff who made us immediately feel like family. The rooms were perfect and clean, the shower amazing, and the whole atmosphere fantastic. I would most definitely re-book this venue should my travels ever pass that way again. Thank you to an awesome staff for such a pleasant stay, and I wish you all much success.

We had a lovely time at union hotel. The staff went above and beyond with their level of service and kindness. Someone is always available if you need and everyone was so helpful. We had a small issue with our AC during the heat wave but they were quick to find solutions. Location is perfect as well for access to the team and the cool neighborhoods like taksim galata and Cihangir. They have great recommendations and organized our airport shuttle for us which was a huge help. Would 100% come back here again!!

Excellent location at the foot of Istanbul’s hippest neighborhood. 200 meters from the tram to the Old City and a 10-minute walk to Istakal street near the Taksim end. Room was small but perfect if like us you plan to spend a couple of days exploring the city and just need a clean and quiet place to crash.
