We had an amazing stay at our hotel in Sultanahmet! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Fatima was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Alper went the extra mile to make us feel completely at home, and his kindness truly made a difference in our stay. A big thank you as well to Ozan and “Ozan 2” for being so helpful, especially with arranging a taxi and assisting us when we didn’t have Turkish currency. Their support made things so much easier. The hotel’s location was perfect—central yet quiet, making it easy to reach the main attractions while still enjoying a peaceful environment. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!

The 7 Hills was a great stay overall. What stood out most was the combination of location and service: the staff were genuinely attentive and helpful, and the hotel is perfectly placed for walking to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. The room was clean and comfortable (not huge, but well kept), and the rooftop restaurant/terrace is a real highlight—excellent views over the Bosphorus and the Old City, especially at breakfast or in the evening. Amenities were solid rather than flashy; for me it was more about the atmosphere, the convenience, and that rooftop experience than “luxury” extras.

Seven Hills is a fantastic hotel, it has exceptionally clean, well designed rooms with large showers and comfy beds. The staff are amazing, very polite and caring. They were very helpful at every stage. You must make sure to have breakfast or lunch or dinner in their roof top restaurant the views is stunning! The location of this hotel is possibly the best possible spot you can be based in. It is simply a walking distance to all the old city landmarks (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, underground Cistern, Topkapı Palace, archaeology museum, the grand bazaar, Istanbul university, many other amazing Mosques and more) and it is also very close to public transport, if you are venturing out to the rest of this amazing city. The tram takes you down to Sirkeci for Marmaray line ( overground line that crosses the bosphorus underground tunnel, and also covers long distances)or for the ferries that take you to anywhere on Bosphoprus, or you can continue on the tram across the golden horn bridge to Karaköy if you after more modern shopping malls and modern art museum etc. this saved us so much time and money, location is the key for Istanbul and you cannot get better than this. I would definitely book again to stay at this lovely hotel. Thank you !

Everything was excellent. The room was a little bit cold when I got there but the was able to fixe the issue. Other than that everything was perfectly excellent. Thanks to Ismail who helped me from the beginning till the end of my trip. Thanks to Fatima, sinan and Kadir. The service was great. This place has a great location.

I never made it to Turkey. Stinking Saudi Airlines cancelled my flight. So, it was totally out of my hand. And their first available Trip was literally 24 hours before I was supposed to leave Turkey. So, we couldn't go. The hotel didn't recognize a force major that I was having and charged me the full amount. When, God Willing, I eventually do go to Turkey, I will never deal with them.
