「It is an excellent stay, the hardware and service are immaculate. I am very grateful to the team of the hotel. Every one is very kind and accommodating, they gave us early check in and late check out.Even I didn’t mention my wife’s birthday they noticed it and sent a birthday cake with handwritten card to her. So far it is the best hotel we had ever stayed 」

「Very nice」

「Extremely new hotel in a very conveinent location. Can walk across the bridge to the Old Town area and within walking distance to Taksim (which is not so interesting tho). Excellent breakfast and superb view from the restaurant especially the upper floor (a bar). Dinner serves delicious Italian food if you don’t love Turkish food like me. Some noise on Sat night till 1am though and shower door has poor design which makes the floor flood.」

The size of the room is good, but as a double room, it only has one makeup chair for people to sit. It lacks useable furniture to improve the staying experience. The staff are generally friendly, but cleaning should be strengthened. We found tiny rubbish at the corner of the room. The shower was also...
