「We had a great 3 night stay. Juyla was exceptional. She was so sweet and nice and made our stay memorable. The place was comfortable, close to Taksim Square, has a small kitchenette which was all we need. We highly recommend it.」

「Great location. Host is always here to help.」

「Lokasyon iyi. Otel temiz. Personel güleryüzlü. Bahcede kahvalti :) supersiniz...」

「Booked the hotel because it had a pool to only find it wasn’t in use. Bar wasn’t open either. Coffee in room was not good . Coffee and powdered milk together made it separate. Hotel room was fantastic and had great views over the Bosporus. Great location near Taksim square and shopping area.Breakfast was plentiful and a good varied choice Turkish style.」

「There was no heat. They gave us a heater for one room but the room still took many hours before it was comfortable enough to sleep in. If you put in the address in uber, it will drop you off behind the building and it's almost a mile walk to get to the front door. They sent somebody to open door for us and eventually we got in through the back door. 」

「But there is no table for work. When the time went to evening and night, there was quite noisy for people walking on the streets even midnight.」

「Close to taksim, room is ok, staff very friendly.」

「The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the roof top bar is special. The staff were so lovely and friendly: we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best service we’ve ever received. We travelled with our baby and my mother and they were so considerate of both. We had a little incident which ended up in hospital - but they made us feel safe and were great in an emergency. I would definitely recommend.」
