Rooms are new and clean. Location is very convenient with metro right outside the entrance. Has a good breakfast spread. Lower floors do get some noise from the road.

The room had a few issues, the tv, the air con not only providing warm air. The team were efficient in fixing it. The breakfast was nice but pretty repetitive. Nice stay overall.

The room we were assigned was extremely small, to the point that it was difficult to move around comfortably. As a result, I decided to switch to the InterContinental just down the street at a similar price point, where the room and overall experience were significantly better—easily ten times superior.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful room and bathroom. Fabulous views. Great staff. The rooftop bar is incredible but expensive. I wasn’t able to use my Expedia gold members 20% discount that was advertised to me as it was a different company. The breakfast is amazing but unfortunately I didn’t book it when I booked the room. It was a lot more expensive to book breakfast there so we only did for one morning. Again I wasn’t allowed my 20% discount for that either.

The rooms were clean and I had a nice view of the taksim square from my room .However, there was a lot of noise from the bar on the upper floor everynight until 12/1 am. it was not ideal for sleeping.
