「Good location, friendly and helpful staff 」

「酒店位置很好，紧挨独立大街，店员非常热情，主动提供帮助，在经历了前面预订酒店被坑的糟糕体验后，这个酒店的服务和条件简直不能更满意了！」

「The staff were very helpful, the roam was clean and tidy.」

「Location is great !」

「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

「Thr staff is great. I would definitely stay again Great location, and great staff The master suite is great」

「Love this hotel. Great location and close to everything. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are small but still great. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend」

「Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated that they upgraded our room to a better one, which was a nice gesture. The location is excellent—very close to Istiklal Street, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast was disappointing, with a limited variety of food. The breakfast area was quite small,...

「Great location for a solo trip to Istanbul. The area felt safe, and everything I wanted to see was within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, professional and breakfast was good, especially with the amazing view. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The biggest suite is on top of the last level the elevator/lift can reach. Meaning that you will have to walk on stairs. If you don’t want to climb any stairs, make sure you ask the staff before you book.」

「This apartment is really big with 2 bathrooms a washing machine and 3 small balconies that look over a busy street. It is in a street/area that is filled with restaurants and bars and there is a cheap supermarket right next door. Metro is a short walk. For us the apartment and location were perfect. Staff are a little hard to get hold of in person, but responsive over WhatsApp. They organised airport transfers and my friend left his phone in one, staff contacted driver and got it returned」

「The location is very convenient and the room is clean. The staffs are nice and helpful. But there is no lift...」

「Very busy 24/7. Having aircon on during night time and wearing earplugs definitely saved our sleep to some extent. Spacious apartment but what is offered on Expedia page will not be the apartment you get upon checking in.」
