Exceptional staff. The manager and staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is personalised and that you feel welcome and at home. They are always on hand to provide their guests with every assistance. Rooms are premium and well maintained. Delicious breakfast. Afternoon tea is a nice gesture. Hotel is in one of Istanbuls most beautiful neighbourhoods and while very central to the main attractions is still quite private with nice shops and restaurants just outside the more hectic tourist areas.

Room was clean, staff very helpful, amenities: small pool, sauna, weight room, etc looked nice though I didn’t use them. Location perfect to transportation options and a park. Mostly quiet-I wore ear plugs as I was on 1st floor. Blackout drapes essential and helped cut down on noise. I am a light sleeper. I would stay again.

The Manager welcomed us from the onset. Even though we arrived early, he arranged for coffee and then we joined him on an excellent walking tour not for tourists. He even bought us ice cream and pretzels. The staff were so helpful throughout our stay and they recommended a great restaurant for our last nights dinner. Would highly recommend to any friends going to Istanbul.

This was a very convenient location on the edge of the park and most of the key sights are within walking distance. Very little traffic so quiet. Very attentive staff. The hotel is a bit of a classic charmer which also made it interesting. Nice deck on top with views of the park and Bosphorus Strait. Many restaurants nearby. Let us check in early.

Breakfast had lots of delicious choices And goes till 11am, nice for those who get in late the night before. Hotel is very walkable to main attractions like Topaki Palace, Basilica Cistern Museum, Haja Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque and Spice Market. There are many restaurants in the area.
