The hotel was a little smaller than I was expecting, but very central and perfect to quickly walk to all the main tourist attractions. The staff were always really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was in the room each day which was a little odd, but delivery of breakfast 5 mins after a phone call to request it was also quite nice. Probably wouldn't be so fun if you went in a group though. Maybe they were refitting the breakfast room, but I didn't see ay builders and didn't check.

I absolutely love this property. Everything stood out to me because I love authentic traditional culture, so the Hotel gave that feeling from the start would stood out to me. The most in a few areas was the quaintness of the Turkish style room, the lovely European bathroom surfaces in the beautiful lobby and comfortable bed. Melika and Mustafa were incredible as hosts to me every step of the way. I’m definitely staying here again when I come back next month to Istanbul 🇹🇷.

Very nice hotel and staff. Miss Melike was just wonderful. Very helpful and sweet. Mr Mostafa was attentive and kind. Highly recommend this hotel. They arranged for all our daily excursions. Excellent service.

La habitación es extraordinaria, limpia e impecable, y todo el personal siempre me hicieron sentir como en casa. Incluso, al no manejar el idioma. Ellos fueron muy simpáticos y resolvieron todas mis dudas y me apoyaron en todo lo que necesite durante mi estancia. El lugar está muy cerca de las principales mezquitas de la ciudad, y lugares de entretenimiento. También hay transporte cerca y es muy barato. Simplemente recomendable y volveré siempre que venga Estambul.

Decor was really nice, staff was accommodating and the cleaners were on top of their job. We did have some issues with some of the amenities such as the shower area not sealed properly which resulted in water coming out. The hotel is well located, walking distance to all the sights in the old town and right next to tram stations. Lots of shops and restaurants also right nearby. Area felt so safe. The hotel itself was beautiful, we had twin room it was spacious and very clean. The staff were amazing, the beds were extremely comfortable, I would highly recommend this hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Emerald Mansion. From the moment of check-in, to arranging for airport transfer, Hussein and his colleagues were very kind and professional. The continental breakfast was enough to start my tourist day. My economy room was small, but appeared to be recently renovated & had a window that I could open.

Personal Freundlich und zuvorkommend jedoch mit vielem überfordert. Toilettenspülung war bei Ankunft ausgebaut und Reparatur nicht möglich daher Upgrade auf größeres Zimmer erhalten. Glutenfreies Frühstück schwierig da informationen nicht weitergegeben werden im Hotel muss jeden Tag aufs neue nachgefragt werden. Bei kurzem Besuch klingelt stets nach 5 Minuten das Telefon und man wird aufgefordert schnellstmöglich den Besuch wieder aus dem Hotel zu entfernen. Alles in allem durchwachsener Aufenthalt.
