Fantastic location, walking distance from key tourist attractions like the Blue Mosque, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and restaurants all over. Staff helped with personalized tour and transportation from the airport and from the hotel to the cruise port at a reasonnable rate and transport was clean and spacious for 3 people with a lot of luggage.

The location is amazing. The hotel itself, is awesome! Nicest boutique hotel ever. The cleanliness of the room and the place is unmatched. But the highlight of it all is the staff! Whether it be the receptionists the concierge, the cleaning staff… They were the nicest people we met in all Istanbul! They go the extra mile so that you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. Next time I’m in the city, I’ll be staying there for sure!

I thought the staff were great and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from the Blue Mosque. I had the breakfast on a couple of days, which I thought was very nice. Only thing the property lacks is a proper restaurant and swimming pool but there are lots of restaurants in short distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay again

Excellent location for walking or taking team to key tourist sites. Newly constructed and tastefully decorated. Very helpful staff. Quiet location with lots of nearby places to eat and shop. One minor suggestion is to have more variation in breakfasts for those staying multiple days...although breakfast was very good. Thanks for a pleasant, comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near to a Tram Stop T1, centrally located in between Hagia Sophia Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The kebab restaurant down the street serves excellent food. Hotel wise receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was generally well kept and clean.

The Sultanahmet area where The Emerald Mansion is located is a perfect place to stay within easy walking distance to many historical sites or you easily catch the tram or metro to them. There are hundreds of places to eat in the area & some fantastic stores to buy baklava!
