Kwamen midden in de nacht aan kregen met 2 kinderen een kamer op de rokersverdieping kwamen we later achter. Uiteindelijk toch een andere kamer kon eerst niet, maar veel last van rokers waar het blijkbaar niet mocht. En ook geluidsoverlast. Werd alleen die mensen gewaarschuwd verder niks. Buurt was niet zo prettig ook.

This hotel exceeded every expectation and truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were outstanding—warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt personal, and it was clear that guest comfort and satisfaction were a top priority. They were always available, attentive, and happy to help, which made the entire stay seamless and stress-free. The location was excellent, offering both convenience and peace of mind. I felt completely safe at all times, whether coming and going during the day or returning at night. Safety was clearly a priority here, and that alone made a huge difference in how comfortable and relaxed I felt throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully designed, spotless, and fully functional. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The spa was another highlight of the experience. It was clean, calming, and professionally run—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Every detail, from the facilities to the service, reflected a high standard of care and quality. This hotel delivered excellence in every area: staff, location, comfort, cleanliness, and safety. There were absolutely no issues at any point during my stay. I would gladly return without hesitation and highly recommend this property.

The ventilation system in this hotel is extremely poor, and there is a strong sewage odor throughout the building. The smell spreads everywhere ,in the lobby, hallways, and especially inside the rooms ,and it is truly unpleasant and nauseating. Most of the hotel staff appear unhappy and very serious, with little positive energy or welcoming attitude, particularly the employees working in the breakfast area. The only exception was the lady standing at the entrance who checked room numbers; she was polite and kind. The stairway at the hotel entrance makes carrying luggage very difficult, and there are often no staff members available to help, which is disappointing for a hotel of this category. In reality, the overall quality feels like a 3-star hotel, not more. The only positive aspect was the breakfast variety, which was acceptable. The bathroom exhaust fans in the rooms are extremely weak, and as a result, unpleasant odors from lower floors travel upward into the upper floors. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

There was a bad smell from the entrance, and the air conditioning and bathroom ventilation were old and weak. I do not recommend this hotel . I changed to another one after three nights.

The hotel was very disappointing, especially in terms of air conditioning. A strong unpleasant smell was spreading from the entrance and into the lobby. The ventilation system in the bathrooms is extremely old and very weak. I do not recommend this hotel at all it’s better to choose another property of the same category. I changed my hotel after three nights because I was completely unsatisfied. The only positive point was Mr. Farhad at the reception, who was an excellent and very respectful gentleman. One important thing to be aware of: be careful with the minibar charges. During checkout, they falsely claimed that I used items from the minibar. Luckily, I had taken before-and-after photos, so they realized it wasn’t true and apologized. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel

I stayed at Titanic City Taksim during a trip to Istanbul for dental work, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. I arrived before check-in and the staff welcomed me right away, even bringing me a glass of juice while they prepared my room. The lobby was clean, modern, and inviting, and my room was just as impressive—comfortable bed, great city view, and an updated bathroom with a rainfall shower and plenty of amenities like slippers, toiletries, and even a toothbrush and toothpaste. I had read some complaints about noise, but I barely heard anything from other rooms. Outside noise felt normal for a lively city like Istanbul. The room was a bit warm at times, but opening the window brought in cool air and solved it easily. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with fresh pastries, fruits, vegetables, and many Turkish options. The location near Taksim Square made it easy to explore, and I always felt safe walking around. Housekeeping was wonderful and kept everything spotless. I’ll be returning to Istanbul soon, and I plan on staying here again. Highly recommended.
