" My wife and I recently stayed at the YMCA of the Rockies - Snow Mountain Ranch. Here's my take on it: Pros Scenic Beauty: The ranch is nestled within a huge area of rolling meadows, surrounded by aspen groves and spruce forests. Outdoor Activities: plenty of things to do in there. Staff: friendly people all over the place. Cons: Location Trade-off: While the ranch's proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park (just a 30-minute drive) is a major plus, it's not right in the heart of the city....

"Didn’t receive email with room assignment or key code so needed to call. Recently updated room so that was nice. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Needed to request a light bulb and tv remote (not in the room). Room had a coffee maker with coffee but no creamer and the kids didn’t fit the cups. No shampoo / soap in shower. Room could use another night stand and lamps. Good location convenient to Grand Lake and eateries."
