"Prince’s Gate was an older property. The room was clean and comfortable, but you could hear people walking on the porch outside. The door to our room was weird as the door knob was at knee level. Parking was ample and free. We had drinks at the bar and service was very good. The area around the fireplace in the great room was warm and comfy. We ate breakfast both mornings at Citron Cafe about two blocks from the hotel and it had exceptional food and service. Loads of shopping and restaurants...

"Clean and comfortable for family of 5, decent breakfast and comes with type 2 ev charger. Only downside was noise seeping thru walls. "

"Very last-minute stay for us and was well worth it. Clean and tidy with a very nice and hot thermal pool. Could do with a little bit of a spruce up in the bathroom, but meets (and compared to some others exceeds) 3 stars in that department. Overall would stay again if given the opportunity. "

"Lovely hotel by the lake, it’s location is out side Rotorua for those who like walking it’s walkable to Rotorua, it’s close to the airport but hardly saw or heard any planes. It’s close to the red woods forest and Te Puia. The hotel has a swimming pool and hot pool with a spa attached. A lovely place to stay "
