「The staff at The Conway Fairfield Inn was beyond friendly and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. It was refreshing to have any and all questions answered with a genuine smile and warmth. Our room and the property were immaculate, the breakfast was great and the pool was nice to use after a long hot day on campus at CCU. We will absolutely stay here again! : )」

The front desk clerk kept going back and forth needless to say we never received the towels..I will NEVER stay at this property again.」

「There was some kind of bug carcass in my room. Thought it was a freaking frog at first. I had to call my son back into the room to check it out. The outlets next to the bed (on the nightstands) were loose and/or broken which made them unusable. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Won’t be back.」

Room had used tissues in the tissue box, seal-broken and used hand lotion, a used Zicam on the nightstand, a broken Roku remote, no blanket, just a thin topper, and the neighbors were thumping their music so loud at 12am that we had the call the desk. 「Our room was clean upon arrival. However, there were 4 of us, we took it upon ourselves to straighten the sheets every day, but the maids did not straighten what we had done or change the linen the entire time we were there. We were there 4 nights, not sure if this is new Hilton policy on water conservation but for $425 a night it was expected. They only emptied trash cans & left fresh towels. Then had a tip QR code by the bed. The view is nice. Breakfast is ok however with the amount...

The Hotel is very conveniently located near some wonderful restaurants and shopping so we stayed very busy and wish we could have stayed longer to try out more things.
