We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. 」

「The Equinox Hotel is a modern and convenient hotel by the river in the Upper Manhattan area. It offers great views and excellent amenities in the rooms and throughout the property. The spa service is innovative, and various sports supplements are included in the room's minibar. The interior design is chic. The gym and two pools in the hotel are amazing stops to make while you stay. 」

「酒店要求下午三点后才能办理入住，三点半到达，等待半个小时依然说房间没有打扫不能办理入住让继续等待。再三与服务人员沟通，服务人员蛮不讲理，也不回复到底要等待多长时间。问能否取消预定，回复不能取消否则扣除已经预付的一天房费！忍无可忍之下要求与酒店经理直接谈，最终才给办理了入住。在与服务人员沟通过程中，感受到服务人员的素质之低，寻求其他服务人员协助，每个都事不关己的冷漠态度！酒店大堂拥挤不堪，办理入住只能站立等待。入住后的房间是二楼，靠近街边，房间夜晚非常吵闹，无法入睡。房间内的装修与设施陈旧简陋，根本不值近4000元人民币房价！发誓永远不再光顾这家黑店！」
