「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.」

「This is a gorgeous boutique hotel! Everything is stylish, luxurious and super clean. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Room service breakfast was delicious. The Portrait Bar has a great atmosphere and very good light bites and drinks.」

「Very tired and broken room. Furniture falling apart, old yellowed wallpaper, some plug sockets didnt work. The noise from the service lift was audible in the room. There was a nespresso machine, but two odd sized cups with no saucers nor teaspoons. THE LIFTS ARE BADLY BROKEN, QUEUES ARE HORRENDOUS TO GET TO AND FROM YOUR ROOM. ONE OF THE FOUR LIFTS WAS OUT OF ORDER FOR THE FULL DURATION - 4 DAYS OF OUR STAY. There was nowhere to buy a coffee in the morning unless you paid for room service. The...
