Excellent service, the dining, the front desk, the cleaning and the gentleman at the main door were all excellent! Very convenient transportation as the hotel is between the blue and red subway lines. The hotel amenities were top notch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely stunning hotel, service was impeccable, hedonistic cocktails and superb location. We stayed for our 1st wedding anniversary, and the entire stay was the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the first contact with the hotel, the service was just outstanding. On arrival, we were blown away by the interiors - beautifully restored and retaining the colourful history of the infamous hotel. The lobby cocktail bar was wonderful and we were there every night - the martinis are strong and surroundings glamorous. The bedroom was super comfortable and full of character, excellent bathroom. We are already planning a return trip!

The incredible history of this hotel is what made us want to stay here. The updates and renovations have been done so well, the restaurants are incredible and the staff were - to a one - the friendliest and most helpful we’ve worked with outside of a Disney property.
