「We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.」

「We got there around 5pm on 5/1 and soon found out there was no hot water! My wife had to take a cold shower. I could not take a hot shower until mid day on 5/2. I would like a partial refund please.」

「Lovely recently renovated property in great location. Easy beach access. Beautiful pool with all the amenities. All meals on site were great. Especially the breakfast buffet. It’s clear they had a few staff shortages, but everyone is doing their best.」

「I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. 「Rick provides an excellent breakfast and some great conversation. Definitely better than the regular boring hotel. The parking lot is small, so maybe bring a midsize or compact vehicle vs a full size crew cab truck.」
