「Clean room」

「No pool hours posted, pool closed at random times for seemingly no reason, only booked for the pool. Everything was very unprofessional and theres just no way they didnt buy all those good reviews. Breakfast was pathetic so the "exceptional breakfast" tag is completely false」

「The elevator is not working and I was on the 3rd floor. The carpeting was worn and not very clean. The lobby and hallway were hot. Breakfast was small muffins, cereal and waffles. The steam is safe, across from an indoor mall. The bed was lumpy, but i have to admitted the sheets and towels looked brand new. For the price it's not bad for a night or 2.」

「I was awoken by a false fire alarm in the middle of the night that went on for 5-10 minutes, after which I could no longer sleep. The phone is the room was not operational, hair drier was not present, no coffee available in the room even though coffee maker was present, and the toilet was barely flushing. 「Do Not I repeat Do Not stay at this Days Inn. Entering the building the welcome mat is nasty. The floor in the breakfast area is sticky the continental breakfast which consisted of cold waffles in a refrigerator where everyone can touch them. Coffee was nasty. They only offered toast packages of oatmeal, bananas, and yogurt none of which was plentiful so if you don’t arrive early, there is nothing left and most of all the elevator did not work. 「Please avoid this property at all costs. There were mouse droppings in the room. The cleaning staff did not clean the room when requested. The hotel does not ahve enough linen for all the rooms. Also the hotel does not have enough Towels as well. I came back to my room one afternoon and found that the hand towels were missing. The cleaning staff had come in and taken away all the hand towels, probably they were needed in another room. The Reception staff was very nice and polite, the breakfast...

「My stay was nice. The room was cool, the beds and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was efficient and kind getting me checked in. Buuuut…. The pool looked like a swamp. There was an oily film over the water and the color of the way looked like a few dozen homeless people had bathed in it. It was absolutely disgusting. So the only way this hotel can improve in my experience is to CLEAN THE DAMN POOL!」

「The Hampton Inn is one of my favorite hotels. ADA bathroom was great as I am not ambulatory and need assistance with the bathroom. I try to stay at this facility when I can.」

「The staff were pleasant but we had trouble getting help with a piece of medical equipment when we were ready to leave. The location is quiet and the breakfast was good. Our only real complaint was that the floor in our room wasn't that clean. It seemed a bit sandy underfoot from the get go.」
