They need to learn how to clean I stayed there twice in 2 weeks and both times it was so terrible I only slept a few hours and left. The tub in the room was not properly cleaned there was dried up shampoo or body wash on the tub floor there was a big red stain on the couch cushion the bathroom door hinges were all rusty there was a huge crack in the bathroom sink the shower curtain rod wasn't properly secured and it was all loose the bathroom light switch cover didn't even cover the entire hole on the wall it was dangerous the light switch outlet cover in the bathroom was missing multiple screws I found what looked to be cigarette ashes behind nightstands and it smelled so nasty in there like an old ash tray also the air and heat register had pieces broken out of it and both times I went there I had booked with Expedia and they always tried charging me again when I get there overall terrible experience won't go there again the last thing is the last night before heading back home we went to check out in the morning and no one was at the desk to check us out

Bad experience front desk staff rude the continental breakfast was not open at when it says 7 to 10 at 8:30 in the morning. but they say you can walk next-door to get something to eat and tell him you’re staying at this hotel but when you have two little kids, how are you supposed to do that when it’s freezing cold. The pool does not open till 10 AM and your checkouts at 11 so you can’t even use the pool when you have kids with you. The early check in through the website did not work. It didn’t let us and we had to pay $50 to early check-in because your website wouldn’t allow cause they don’t accept third-party apps. and only one towel in the shower with four people how is that even usable? they do not honor online reservations. They want to say they can’t see it on their end of the computer even though it’s through Wyndham‘s website.

I booked the room primarily for the pool and hot tub only to find out that the only way to get to it was to walk close to a hundred feet in 30 degree weather and the hot tub was only Luke warm and the water looked like it was pumped out of a creek needless to say we didn't use it

The rooms were dirty! Mold around the tub. Lots of questionable people walking around inside the hotel. Won’t be staying there again

Well we checked in at 4pm and checked out at 9pm same day. Indoor pool is cloudy. Like can’t see 2 feet down cloudy. Hot tub may be 85 degrees. Shower wouldn’t turn on in the room. Ice machines were broken. Take your money somewhere else.

Deadbolt didn’t work on our door, only had hot water the first night we were there, and it was 29° outside. And neither of our windows would lock. And the entire “non smoking” floor smelled like marijuana.

Didn’t feel safe, parking lot was dark, room had windows w/no screens and with the ability to open. Room was damaged - carpet (all of it) was dirty/worn/dated/pulls in it, shower curtain rod was a blink away from pulling out of the walls. Lights in room had dated light bulbs. Light fixtures barely hanging on to their bases.

First room had no heat. Second room door lock was inoperative. (Staff was nice and changed rooms). Very dirty carpet. Other "tenants" were so loud at 4:30am I was awakened. You get what you pay for. I'm surprised Wyndham handles these type of properties. They are real dives and destroys whatever positive type of branding your name has driven in the past.

The room wasnt bad but the fridge wasnt plugged in and the outlets to charge things were super loose. The staff at night didnt seem to really care about it either. They did brong us extra sheets and pillow for ourson. The "breakfast" barely had anything up there.
