「We booked a non-smoking room, the entire floor also had non-smoking signs on every door. The ENTIRE floor reeked of cigarettes and our room was no exception. The outlets were dangerously unstable. The sprinkler system was just an hole in the wall with no hardware in sight. The sink in the bathroom leaked when turned on. The overall upkeep of the facility was lacking. The staff were decent but not the friendliest. I won’t be booking with this hotel in the future.」

「The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future.」

「The hotel’s location is right next to the visitor center which is great. You can walk to Colonial Williamsburg or take a free shuttle. Overall the hotel is outdated, and has areas that are very ran down around the exterior. The beds were hard and not comfortable. Breakfast will do. It’s an average hotel breakfast with overcrowded food areas. The hotel is expensive for what you get.」

「There were ants in my room and never saw housekeeping to mention it or get help. I was never given wifi info The spa refused me my anemities and guest services/spa manager never got back up with me to get a resolution (this was a problem going back to check in). The location was fantastic! I love that Jefferson lived there and it was centrally located! One of the smallest bathrooms in a colonial house. They do use a lot of bleach.
