"It was missing many items to make it feel like the comforts of home. We really missed having a working ice maker. There was one in the freezer but it did not make ice. The glassware and coffee cups were very small. No throw blankets. Temperature was too warm or too cool- thermostat hard to control."

"The pool area is great. Good for all ages. Take a block or 2 for your chargers. I was surprised that there were not even USB-C ports available (usually they’re at least at the base of a lamp or something). We returned at 10pm Saturday night and every parking spot was filled (and we were at the very end of a long cul-de-sac). Many of the cars did not have parking passes. My wish is that they had a better handle on that situation. At least one reserved spot for each unit seems like a no-brainer. The place was adorable. A perfect setup for real 2-bedroom apartment."

"Loved that a suite was affordable with 2 dogs. We needed the space and that was worth it. The free breakfast was good and helpful to have. It’s a convenient location from William & Mary. There were grassy areas outside for my dogs. The AC in the room worked great and could be adjusted which was important to me since I have brachy dogs who overheat easily. I would stay again!"

"Everything was fine. The property could use some TLC. The tub had some peeled coating areas, and cracked tiles in the surround. Breakfast was fine, nothing amazing, but plenty of the basics and kept clean and restocked. I only had contact with one staff member, a room attendant. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Parking was plentiful. The hotel seemed busy but I was never bother by loud noises or raucous behavior. The property is within walking distance of several good restaurants and centrally located to the attractions."

"I commute from Virginia Beach to Williamsburg 6 days a week for work, and I use this hotel for occasional business stays when work becomes especially busy or I need extra rest and less travel time. This hotel provides simple, basic services and does them very well. It is affordable but consistently punches above its weight. The rooms are clean and do not have any unpleasant odors, which can unfortunately be a problem with some lower-priced hotels in the Williamsburg area. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the beds are very soft—which I personally enjoy, although they may not suit everyone. Overall, this is a great, dependable hotel for business travelers who want a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay."

"Expedia’s pet fee listing is incorrect. The pet fee is $75, not $50. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom towels could use a refresh as they were pretty scratchy."
