「Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!」

「It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast had a good selection. The only thing was those AWFUL triangle luggage carts? Our luggage fell of going and leaving. A mess. I will likely never go back just because of those awful luggage carts. 」

「Staff were smoking in the doorway of hotel while door opened. Sign said pool was out for season even tho it was advertised on website as functioning. There was a person asking for a refund in front of us because he said there were bed bugs and the room smelled of weed. The person working at the hotel told the gentleman that marijuana is legal in VA and some rooms allowed smoking. Our room on 4th floor had “no-smoking” signs but entire floor smelled of cigarettes and weed. Dresser was missing...

「Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts).
Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy.
Would definitely stay again!」

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it.
However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids.

「Breakfast is a lot of carbs(waffles, toast, bagel, cereal), so not a hot breakfast. They have wi-fi, but it is so throttled as to be useless. I had to use my phone hotspot. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was hot.」

「Staff were great, and breakfast was very nice. The rooms were adequate. Very few electrical sockets, with none available at desk. Desk chair was not the same height as desk. Refrigerator and phone were broken. Parking lots are rough driving with huge potholes. Groundskeeping was very neglected. This was especially noticable as surrounding buildings are abandoned.」

「Room was clean, hotel badly needs remodeling but it’s too big to make it worthwhile so it will probably get worse. No hot breakfast at the hotel just bagels and muffins. Gotta say tho the beds were much more comfortable than a lot of nicer hotels」

「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾……
基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」
