「We were reluctant to make reservations because of the very few reviews. We are sure glad we did. It is newly renovated and has only been open a few days. Room was clean and large. Many shops nearby. Very friendly staff. And the price was about half that of other hotels nearby. Can’t recommend it highly enough.」

「Breakfast was ok. Our stay overlapped a large group of students who were very noisy and had no regard for other guests, but that was not the hotel's fault. I feel that the handicapped shower in our room was still a bit dangerous as the floor tiles were extremely slippery. My mother was very worried about her older sister slipping, so we put down plenty of towels outside of the shower. Perhaps they can add a nonslip mat in the bathroom in addition to the safety rails.」

「I loved how it was right next to the Williamsburg Welcome Center. The rest of the Historic Triangle Area was within a 20 to 30 minute drive. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Williamsburg or the Historical Triangle Area.」

「I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell.
