Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. 「This trip was a disaster. The hotel room had black mold in the closet and on the bathroom ceiling. We didn't notice until we had had spent several nights there. That was the worse part. The breakfast was terrible. The first morning there weren't enough plates and utensils. There was NO fruit at all and this wasn't late in the morning. No pancake mix, a few pieces of bread, no bagels and there was no restocking of the hot bar. They had fruit the next day, but it was not restocked the day after....

「The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$. 「Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience.」

The carpet was wet our entire four day stay. The sheets were damp so we had to use the hairdryer to dry them ourselves.
