「The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$. 「I have stayed at this hotel at least four times so it has met my overall needs. I was a little disappointed this time, however. There was a dog in one of the rooms and the dog barked all night long. It was difficult to fall asleep. Also, I did not reserve or pay for a handicap room and the attendant assigned me to one. May try another hotel the next time.」
