「Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel...

「Our family had 4 rooms for our large family that were there for an occasion in the area. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They served a hot and cold breakfast that was 5 stars! Free local newspaper, coffee, and water served all day, along with chocolate chip cookies. My only complaints is the rooms were humid, and it felt like the rugs damp.」

「The property is well situated. The whole hotel complex is in a desperate need of a refresh. Everything was so old and worn out. The cleaning staff was trying to do their best to make it better appealing. And they were really going above and beyond as much as they could, so big thank you for them. The pool area was ok and it had ample towels. The breakfast and the "restaurant" where it was served... oh well, at least they had decent coffee and a bagel. I would not stay here again though.」

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for...

「The stay was wonderful and the breakfast was a hit with the kids. The staff (front desk) went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with their knowledge of the area. The only thing that could have been improved on was the hot tub had way too much chlorine and it made our eyes burn so bad we couldn’t stay to enjoy. Overall, wonderful stay.」
