「Crown Inn was a nice low budget hotel. The room was clean and attractive, nice bathroom. It was quiet and in a good area, I felt safe there. The gentleman that checked us in was polite and efficient. And the price was reasonable.」

「The first room we were in was definitely NOT cleaned before hand and smelled funny— at least the bedding was changed. The AC didn’t work though so we got moved to a different room for the second night which was a little cleaner. There was barely any breakfast— no protein of any sort. Apparently they ran out of eggs. 「Was told room is not available, hotel is booked and that Expedia made the mistake! We had to beg for a room that we had confirmed. We arrived around 9:15 pm and was told checking in had to be done at 4. Never heard you have to be there on a first come first serve basis to stay -plus it was a comfort inn not Quality Inn as stated in Expedia App. Half the building looks like water damage. The AC unit in room is horrible noise and you can’t adjust the Vent. 」

「The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.」
