Quite possibly the best impromptu stop my husband and I have ever made! Everything was incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was even more enjoyable with the beautiful view.We loved taking in the beautifully decorated rooms and especially enjoyed cozying up by all the fireplaces. The entire stay was so peaceful and relaxing—it was the perfect place to get away and unwind. We’re already planning our return!

The historical significance of this property is reason alone to visit. George Washington's great grandfather established a plantation there in 1642. While original buildings were burned, the owners have restored according to drawings and records. There's a cemetery on property with graves from 1600s. Attention to service was outstanding and personal.

I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back.

We had a lovely weekend stay at the Inn at Warner Hall. The estate and grounds are beautiful, right on the river; service was exceptional, dinner and breakfast were very good, everything was immaculately clean with luxurious amenities in our room. Upon arrival, there were chocolate covered peanuts from a local peanut company in our room, stainless steel water bottles for us to keep, and luxury bath/body products for our use. Coffee service was delivered to our room each morning at the time of our choosing, which we enjoyed each morning on the upstairs porch. Such a serene experience. We definitely felt pampered during our stay and can't wait to visit again in the future.

This place is beautiful! If I could give it a 15/10 I would. Beautifully kept historic site. We stayed in the Robert E. Lee room. Very spacious and comfortable. Modern yet historic. Every amenity we could think of. There is no fridge in the room, we'll, not the room we were in, but we had a cooler and grabbed a bag of ice at the local gas station and the problem was solved. The staff has taken care of everything and are dedicated to taking care of their guests. From the tour of the Inn and grounds upon arrival to the scrumptious breakfast, they are definitely ready and willing to serve their guests! The room had every amenity from bathrobes and slippers to salt scrubs and lavender linen spray for the pillow. ♥️. The boat house provided kayaks for some brief entertainment plus a cozy spot for watching an early sunrise or evening sunset. Patio offered semi-private lounging with firepits. Antique board games donned the tables in the parlor for guests to use. Everything was perfect. Definitely worth the drive for us and a lovely weekend getaway.

From the immaculate grounds, to the unreal US history from the Warner family, this destination is a true gem. Phil and Laura; the inn keepers hosted our amazing stay and provided information on the rich history of the site. Austin’s is a wonderful high quality dining establishment on premises with outstanding cuisine, quiet atmosphere, and wonderful wine recommendations by Christian; a top-notch waiter and sommelier. The original house was remodeled to provide outstanding comfort and amenities. The soap, shampoo, and lotion scent is wonderful and unique. This location is a stones throw from Yorktown and other US history. Thank you for a memorable stay. We will be coming back to experience the other rooms and what the Inn has to offer for the things we were not able to get to during this trip!

I would and have already recommended this B&B to everyone. The staff was incredible. Every request we had was met even extra bacon at breakfast. The croissants were the best I've ever had. It's quiet, peaceful, and perfect next to the waterway. I will definitely stay here again.
