「Very nice quiet place to stay Enjoyed our stay」

「Rooms were clean. Showers hot. Nice to stay for 2 days. Quiet. Rooms need updating. 」

「First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. Clean it up. Also when I went inside to let them know I had arrived and got my keys I inquired as to the...

「Motel had a bad smell. Front desk staff was running motel next door also. Beds were uncomfortable. Definitely not a $80 a night room. Very disappointed. 」

「Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

「My main complaint is one staff woman there in particular. I didn't get her name but she's an older African American woman with terrible manorism, was very rude and disrespectful, got tempered and unprofessional. I've never experienced first hand such rudeness in your face before. I think she's ready for retirement because she seems angry and bothered.」

「We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice.」

「Nice clean room. Bed and pillows real comfy. Friendly staff and located nice facinity of Hampton Coliseum and Mall. Pool was not as inviting. But overall stay was good and would stay again.」

「The staff was great and accommodating while in town for a Hampton University event. The service will be the reason for my return. Breakfast is steady, waffles are good, sausage may need to consider another supplier, not very flavorful, and lastly, bed was great, but it's time to upgrade the pillows, room was clean as always, again it is the service that keeps me coming back 」
