「Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel...

「Arrived at the hotel right before 11pm and computer system was down, so waited almost an hour to get checked in (there were only 5 check-ins in front of me). Check in agent was apologetic, which was appreciated. We are a family of 4 and arrived to the room (premium 1 BR suite) to find the sofabed had a worn mattress cover and only one blanket and one pillow in the closet. Because the phone in the room was not working, I had to go to the hallway to call front desk and request another pillow and...
