「This was my 1st time staying at Double Tree Hotel. What amazed me about this Hotel was that there was a bar, game room, pool table, indoor and outdoor pool, breakfast dining, coffee spot and you get a free warm cookie at the front counter. 「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. 「Everything you need is on site. Close enough to walk to the historical district or they offer shuttle. Visitor center and two gift shops all on hotel property. Our room was amazing.」

「Very good breakfast, nice staff, quiet and clean hotel. The only problem was that the pillowcases hadn't been washed (they smelled like dirty hair, and the bedspread smelled like dirty armpits). It was very late, and I didn't have much time to sleep, so I couldn't say anything about it. I recommend the hotel 100%, but I would definitely recommend asking for fresh covers and sheets as soon as you check in; that's what I'll do next time.」
