「We stopped here on the last night of a cross country drive. The lobby was neat and clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, informing us on the in house offerings for dinner and drinks as well as other nearby options. The dinner was just ok, but saved us a trip out to find something. The bartender and restaurant staff were also nice and courteous. Our room was neat and clean. 「The room was clean and up to date. However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door.」

「Our stay was over the holiday weekend. Parking and check-in were a breeze. The room was comfortable, clean, and cool. The restaurant was convenient, but the food was rather "meh". In a pinch, it's ok if you really didn't want to leave the property. 」

「Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience.」

We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use. The...
