「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for...

「The complimentary breakfast was okay. No fresh fruit was offered, which was disappointing. However, the waffle iron was nice and we enjoyed our waffles with syrup. The remote control for the TV was filthy. After we checked in, I was sitting on the side of the bed when I felt something on my leg. It was a small cockroach! I told the front desk clerk when we checked out that the room needed to be fumigated. She apologized that it happened. The refrigerator and microwave oven was located at the...

The staff was also very helpful by offering to help carry bags and letting us check out later for a small fee so that we could explore the nearby town as I was bringing my grandmother and it is more difficult for her to get around especially with my animals. I would recommend this for proximity and staff responsiveness. Will...
