「I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. 「Dirty walls, lousy patch and paint jobs all over the walls. Holes where light fixtures once were. Cockroaches spotted in the room and worst one was finding a dead in in the microwave. No shower liner that stops the water from coming out of the tub. Broken locks on window. Breakfast was a joke, only bagels, white bread, and muffins, 3 options of cereal that prob have roaches since they are not individual serving boxes, no waffles, no eggs or protein of any kind only jams and cream cheese. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.」
