「Wonderful!」

「Friendly hosts, great rooms, lovely to get tea or coffee in the morning in your room. Breakfast was ok, not the draw.」

「The room was clean and nice, but the common areas were dirty, with the floors, needing a good vacuum. I was surprised to find that breakfast is really only cereal and bagels. There was no hot meal offered, although that was my understanding . This property needs a good refurbishing at least in the common areas but the staff is helpful. 」

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. 「First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. Clean it up. Also when I went inside to let them know I had arrived and got my keys I inquired as to the...

「Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!」

「Place was a dump. Items broken all over. Obvious no sense of urgency to repair. Breakfast was terrible. This facility is trending downhill fast.」

「The hotel room had a connecting door that let sounds through like a curtain would--the first late night a long screaming fight next door for over an hour and the second night slamming cabinets at all hours including very early morning almost like noise was trying to made. Again, the connecting door amplified the sounds. All my other list of complaints paled in comparison to the noise. Dont stay here unless you sleep through anything. 」

「The room on the first floor is too small, smelly not nice,clean, all day hot coffee, hot water and ice supply, parking and convenient transportation.」

「Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....
