Almost everything was amazing. The only thing that was disappointing was the indoor pool was unbearable to go swimming. You would think it would be climate controlled being that it’s indoors. Kiddos was a little upset because they couldn’t swim in there due to it being so hot and stuffy.

Lovely, competent service representative managing front desk. We did have to switch rooms because the tv wouldn’t work This was a hassle, and second room was not comparable.
