The staff that ran the breakfast were so nice and so helpful. I missed breakfast by 10 minutes and needed milk so she brought me some even though the “kitchen” area was closed.

We were in a king room, first floor and I can’t tell you how dirty the floor was. We couldn’t tell at first but a little bit of water got on the floor and I grabbed a few tissues to wipe it up and it was filthy! Very disappointed in our stay as a whole. Definitely will never stay in a Holiday Inn Express again.

We checked in about 5pm and had the best service!! The kids were able to take advantage of the pool for about a hour before we went to grab dinner. Night shift staff 3-11 was very very helpful and accommodated all of our needs! We will be back next trip around!! Thank you for being so kind

I stay here every time I am in town. (The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Debris on floor in bathroom and entry door way. Shower curtain was dirty on bottom and black substance on top wear rod is inserted.) those were the only issues. Still one of my favorite stays in Gloucester

The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future.

The desk staff was amazing and very helpful. Room was, meh. Everything felt damp.. floor, sheets, pillows. Everything. We did not use the pool or gym but did have breakfast. It was what you expect with a continental breakfast. Disappointed that the pancake machine was out of order but these things happen.
