Did not like that one guest had two big Doberman dogs on property off leash. The energy was a little scary also. We turned around and didn’t use the hot tub that night. "

"Wonderful staff! Very close to the airport, downtown, and stadium. Room was clean. If you are traveling with anyone who has mobility issues, some rooms are located far from the lobby. There are no stairs for rooms on the upper level. We could hear people outside of our room passing by and talking and going up the stairs with their luggage. Hard to fall asleep with the noise. "

Check-in took a very long time, and even then, I wasn’t checked in successfully, so other guests got access to my room and my keycard got deactivated. I then had to wait in the long check in line for another 30 min to gain access back to my room. The walls were also thin. Not what you’d like from a hotel that costs so much. "

"The room smelled like a wet dog slept there. There was mold on the vents in the bathroom, the sliding glass doors allowed for rain to come in and we found a cockroach in our closet. The WiFi was weak. The resort is aged and not worth the cost of what we paid. "
